LeasePlan Corporation is an international, constantly growing network of companies engaged in all aspects of fleet and vehicle management, focusing on operating leasing. Currently the group employs more than 5.900 people in 30 countries across the globe. It manages in excess of 1,39 million vehicles and has a consolidated lease portfolio worth 13,7 billion euro. LeasePlan Corporation holds a universal bank license and is supervised by the Dutch Central Bank. It is owned by a consortium consisting of the Volkswagen Group (50%), Mubadala Development Company (25%) and the Olayan Group (25%).

LeasePlan makes use of its status as a bank and controls the financing activities of the group from Dublin, Ireland. Euro Insurances, LeasePlan’s own insurance daughter company, provides insurance solutions, which are offered by the group’s companies as part of their integrated service package.
